Well, this is my first tutorial, so please bear with me. This was done in Adobe Photoshop CS2, but I'm sure there are similar tools in the other art and photo manipulation programs, so just mess around to find them.
And ignore all the crazy random doodles -- the tutorial seemed kind of empty without them. XD
